Callies latest release Apex Series are manufactured on the same forgings as the Magnum crankshafts simply manufactured in the same location as the Compstar line.
What this means is magnum performance without the price tag.
The Apex range is the best horsepower per dollar rated crankshaft on the market!
Magnum crankshafts are manufactured from pure AISI 4340 steel which contains nickel, chromium & molybdenum. AISI 4340 steel is known for its toughness and capability of developing high strength in the heat-treated condition while retaining good fatigue strength.
Callies puts this range through the same rigorous quality control testing as their entire range which is all completed in house in USA.
