Rocker Trunnion Bearing Installation Service

Rocker Trunnion bearing failure is one of the most frequent failures in LS Engines.
The OEM Rockers are designed with a fulcrum roller bearing which is essentially a small bearing case which houses over 30 little needle roller bearings. 
This design is known to fail over time which causes the bearings to disburse through the motor causing major damage.

The fix to this is replacing these bearings with a set of our Trunnion Bearing Upgrades. 
By replacing the needle roller style bearings with a bush style bearing we eliminate the chance of this occurring.

How Does It Work?

We now offer an installation service which allows you to send us your rocker arms to remove & install the new bearings.

Rocker Trunnion installation requires a special tool designed to remove the existing bearings & install the upgrades without damaging the rocker housing.

These will arrive back to you ready to install with your new upgraded bearings.

Note: Trunnion Kit MUST be purchased from us. We will not install trunnions purchased elsewhere.
