What Is a 403ci Stroker Kit?

A 403ci LS Stroker Kit is a combination of rotating assembly items which increase both the bore size (piston size) and the crankshaft stroke.
By increasing the bore diameter along with the crankshaft stroke you are increasing the cubic inches which increases cylinder volume with minimal work to the block.
What is the difference?

Factory Bore Size = 4.00" Inch 
403ci Stroker Bore Size = 4.005" Inch (.005" or 5 thou oversize)

Factory Crankshaft Size = 3.622" Inch
403ci Stroker Crankshaft Size = 4.00" Inch
