K1 Technologies crankshafts are made from the highest grade 4340 steel. Each K1 crankshaft is core hardened for increased tensile strength and fatigue life and are 100% mag particle inspected.The K1 bearing surfaces are polished and nitrided for wear resistance. Before ANY finish work is done.
ARP Conrod bolts are installed and tightened to exact specifications prior to honing. This ensures accurate and repeatable bore geometry.
Callies Compstar connecting rods are honed in-house at Callies and sizes are held to some of the tightest accepted tolerances in the industry.
Rods are weight-matched into sets and boxed, with the rotating, reciprocating and total weights noted for convenient use in the balancing process.
Carillo pistons feature the largest range of Shelf & Custom piston sizes and applications.
Our range of Dish Top & Flat Top Pistons can be discussed in order to ensure your package is exactly what you require to maximize your new engine combination.
